Overview:
A collaborative project which as a group we designed a seamless
onboarding flow for Root Cause Analysis software, What Caused
This. We made design recommendations to allow users to digitally
onboard without the need for in person touch points.
Objective:
To create a streamlined digital onboarding process to reduce the
time to value for potential new clients, as well as reducing the time
it takes for the WCT team to identify and collect information on the
users. Finally, making it easier for the user to convert to a free trial.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As this was a collaborative project, work was divided equally
playing to our strengths. We all conducted research, wire framing
and designing in Figma as well as testing and finally presenting
to the team at What Caused This. My main role in this project was
the post onboarding experience.
Outcome:
The projects original goals were successfully met by creating a
seamless onboarding flow while still maintaining the company's
original branding style. We successfully worked together and
connected multiple separate elements to become one flow.
